Master Lee founded the Koryo Martial Arts Training Hall in Shanghai. With a common goal, Master Lee and Master Jang of the Chinese 18 Fighting Skill Training Hall set up an anti-Japanese organization. Major Harada of the Japanese Special Operations plans to destroy the anti-Japanese organization. On his way to the Korea-China coalition meeting, Master Lee is struck down by the sword of a Japanese warrior. When Master Lee's son, Lee So-ryong, attacks a Japanese training room, Harada asks the Chinese Department of National Security to deal with him. Sung-ryong of the Department of Homeland Security is suspicious of Hwang Baek-sun. Baek-sun donated to the Korea-China coalition but was not attacked for it. In addition, Baek-sun is a close friend of Harada. Harada ordered his men to get rid of So-ryong and Sung-ryong but they defeated the Japanese warrior and escaped.
