Oscar and Leah finally arrive at the Phoenix temple and meet an odd bird, Joe, whose sole aim is to remain the guardian of the legacy of the Wudang Clan. Joe received this honorary post by accidentally breaking the sacred stone. A feat he cannot repeat. That, and the fact that he didn’t split the stone fair and square in the first place, disheartens him. Oscar and Leah put him through some training sessions – with good results! Even though not entirely in the way that it was planned, Joe can feel proud. / All is well in the temple of the Phoenix, and Oscar has time off to study Sinoe’s book in depth. He discovers a story about a sacred sword in the temple. Oscar and Leah make Joe tell the fascinating story of how the sword in ancient times was forged to King Goujian's daughter, Yuenu, and how she overcame an invasion armed with the sword. Curious, Oscar wants to play with the sword, but no one has ever been able to budge it. Suddenly, the temple is attacked by three Ninja Penguins of enemy ancestry, led by Emile! Low and behold, Leah can release the sword and neutralize the attack. And the three Ninja Penguin bow in respect as Leah must be the present-day kin of Princess Yuenu.
