Fiche épisode

Oscar, Alfred, and Roger stay in Inca city. Soon, they are drawn to the sound of a crowd cheering, but as they come closer, they discover that the sound comes from loudspeakers and the crowd consists of cardboard penguins. The vain Llama King, Apichu, stages the fake show. The townspeople seem to avoid him, and soon after, our friends realize why: The Llama King is self-centered and misbehaves towards the citizens. But he is also lonely, and Oscar sees that Apichu is his own worst enemy with this behavior. And through memory from Apichu’s past, the Llama King understands the value of empathy. For now… / Apichu, the Llama King, introduces Oscar, Alfred, and Roger to the outskirts of Inca city, where poor citizens work hard with the soil. But Apichu once again acts rudely, and the Shaman discovers that. He puts a spell on the Llama King; everything Apichu touches turns into gold! At first, he is delighted and breaks into a musical dance. But once he realizes that his food also turns into gold – and becomes uneatable – he gets furious and ravages the poor part of town. Oscar must use clever psychology to make Apichu see how mean he appears. Finally, Apichu understands the value of respect and generosity.
